Our Private Sourcing service is designed for those searching for a particular pre-loved or vintage luxury piece. Whether it’s a specific bag, a hard-to-find colour or style, an archival piece, or simply something you’ve had your eye on for a while, we’d be happy to help with the search.

Share as much information as you can with us—including the brand, style or model, preferred colour, condition, budget, and any reference photos you may have. From there, we’ll use our network and trusted sources to look for options that best match what you’re searching for.

Every piece we consider is carefully reviewed before being presented to you, with condition, authenticity and overall value taken into consideration.

Please note that sourcing is subject to availability, and while we’ll always do our best to find the right piece, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. Pricing and timeframes will vary depending on the rarity, condition and availability of the item.

Have a luxury piece you’re ready to part with?

Our Consign With Us service offers a simple and considered way to find a new home for pieces that were once part of your own collection. From designer handbags and accessories to special vintage finds, we take care of the selling process so you don’t have to.

To get started, tell us a little about the piece you’d like to consign. We recommend including the brand, style or model, approximate year of purchase, condition, inclusions such as the original box, dust bag, receipt or authenticity documentation, and clear photos of the item.

Once we receive your submission, we’ll review the piece and let you know whether it is suitable for the Once Dear collection. If accepted, we’ll discuss the proposed selling price, consignment terms and applicable fees with you before proceeding.

From there, Once Dear takes care of thoughtfully presenting your piece to its next owner—from photography and listing to marketing, customer enquiries and the sale itself.
